ANSWERS TO "FAQ's" ABOUT GIVE AWAY!
1) This is a RANDOM contest. We know that no matter how many times we say this, there is still going to be someone responding with: “Random, yeah right.” Trust us, running these giveaways and finding out who the winner is, is going to be just as exciting for us, as it is for all of you! :) These giveaways bring in more customers, so in return we are more than happy to give away a free product to a completely random person once a month! We both benefit and everyone gets an equal chance to win!

2) There really are no strings attached. You will not be asked to do anything if you win, other than to provide your contact information for shipping. Your Coldflex will be delivered to your doorstep, usually being shipped within 1-2 weeks time.

3)And yes, the postage will be covered by us (BSI in the USA) or by Blanchette Ranch - Coldflex Division in Canada)! We believe it would be unfair for the winner to be unexpectedly smacked with a delivery bill. These costs vary and could run up to $50.00 or more depending on the destination, so we decided that if we were to really make the winner super happy, we would need to cover this expense.

4) Since we will consistently have to prove to people that we are indeed running a completely legit give away, we ask the winners to use their discretion and send a photo or two of them &/or their pets wearing the COLDFLEX Products. This is in no way mandatory, but honestly, it is really helpful, because it works as clear proof to other participants that this giveaway is not made up.

5) Also, some companies that run giveaways allow the winner only 24 hours to collect their prize. We will not do this. The person who wins will be the one to get the free Coldflex Product and we will use all means allowed and possible to notify the winner in due course. However, if for some crazy reason, the winner does not respond or denies the free products, we will not pick a new winner, but the products will be the winnings for another month.

6) At times, it may take us a bit longer to count everyone up. This of course depends on the number of participants and our general workload. We will do our best, however, to get the announcement out as quickly as possible. Also, sometimes we realize that there are simply no more new entrants and if that occurs, we will end the giveaway a bit earlier.

7) Please do not write to us asking who won. All the announcements are there on the Facebook timeline. You can't miss it, just skim through the posts on our page.

8) Here is how we pick the winner: First of all we copy/paste all the participants from Facebook into one document, then we assign numbers depending on the number of participants. We will then use a random number generator to get that winning number. It sounds a lot easier than it actually is, so please be patient if we are taking more time than normal to announce the winner.
